Good advice from Louel.

Positioning is really key, and more generally, if you take a position you need to have a strong sense of why you have done so and the investment rationale. I have a spreadsheet that I use to rank elements (logistics, location, geology, management, cash, insiders, etc.) and in the venture market, only those that meet all of my requirements get my investment. Every company someone suggests to me needs to make the cut.
