The more important question is how did you know when to trust or not to trust what the company was posting on their website?

Never trust anything that a Venture listed company has to say on it's website..... their asses are covered extensively by the cautionary notes re forward looking statements and so they can pretty much post what they like.....

Never trust any company reports, including news releases, unless it is a bankable feasibility study or official financial statement

Never trust the employees or directors of a venture company

Never trust that a venture company (or any company) is looking out for the best interests of it's shareholders

Always listen closely to 'naysayers' and 'bashers', they will save you money 9 times out of 10. Their concerns should be the basis for your due diligence.

Never listen to pumpers or overly optimistic posters on anonymous bulletin boards - they will lose you money 9 times out of 10.... and they make money selling while you are buying.
