I agree substantially with your post. Rome is a cautionary tale that no one is paying any mind to.

On this part, "I believe zero and the rest of the dems have, like the Romans, worked diligently for 8 years to weaken and corrupt both our defense and our offense by destroying our moral fiber," I see it the other way around: A morally strong population wouldn't put or tolerate anyone in office who would weaken our defense.

Or our moral fiber -- fiber being made up of countless individual strands. The people make up those strands. If our politicians are writing policy to destroy the moral fiber, then they come from an electorate who destroyed their own first.

But let me ask this, What kind of scenario is this, a corrupt population, a corrupt government and a powerful military? A police state comes to mind.

We have current cautionary tales no one here is paying attention to. Look at North Korea. Who are most oppressed there by their defense forces - their own people. Look at Europe - Muslims are invading through migrancy, but who do their governments crack down on? Their own people. There's no way to sow the wind and not reap the whirlwind.
