Thank you all for your responses. All good info to consider moving ahead. Now if I can only get some advice as to how to save my Stanley Cup pool which is heading towards disaster.

As for the "trust", Mud I now agree with everything that you have said. Looking back CF pumped the Salazar agreement for years until the bitter end. It was only until some minor NR came out a few weeks before the new JV was announced that a cautionary note suddenly appeared stating that a new JV may not resemble Salazar.....then lo and behold we know what happened. So technically they did cover their butts. Talk about unethical. ....and then to rub it in when announcing the JV saying that the new JV was made in the spirit of Salazar. Not sure how some people sleep at night. It must be nice to have no conscience.
