Charles, Re: Dividends - An easy way is to get a quote (detailed version) from Yahoo. It will indicate the dividend date. Also, if you get the news stories on Yahoo, they should announce it. If all else fails, try the latest 10-Q or 10-K. Anecdotal evidence on UNP makes me think this is one that could take a big hit. Have not done any DD on it though. Regards, Bob
