Just curious as to what each of you have had in your investments as a percentage of good wins vs. something that did not work out. Just interested in what a normal success rate would be as right now I am batting 1000 in the wrong direction. ======================= Personally, I have done reasonably well on other investments, but the losses I sustained investing in CF are higher than the gains I've made. I make mistakes all the time - like selling Teck a couple days ago @ $12.68 (went to 14.70 today), and missed buying the dip on HBM (way up the last few days). But plodding ahead and trying to employ some of Louel and Mud's advice as well. Making steady headway anyways... No more venture "gambling" for me, I think the deck is stacked too much against retail investors there. Until they clean up things I personally won't be putting and cash in there.
