I've been reading and thinking about ROF for a few weeks. It meets a key criteria for me: political expediency. It looks increasingly like the Federal gov't wants to invest in both the economic development as well as the benefits to the isolated communities. Ontario's government wants to as well, but they are idiots and will probably need to be forced to the table by Federal involvement. What is good in this is that there are many prospect companies that could overnight become viable if the governments choose to invest. NOT is my current lead prospect given what they acquired from Cliffs at a deep discount. I don't know if it will happen, but certainly the political winds are in the right direction. The geology is compelling in many cases. It may take a while to happen. The Chinese railroad would be just another part of the story.
