Jimbo, Do you know of any companies making hoola-hoops that I can invest in? Just joking. After quickly scanning the 10Q this one has some negatives and positives. Account payable is rather high in comparison to accounts receivable and inventory. Have they improved this position sine thier last 10Q? Whats with the 900K (300K after depreciation) in furniture and fixtures. Seems very high for a small company. They can't keep surving of the sale of land. That will dry up very soon. I do like that two of the officers have deffered 90% of their pay. In consideration the comapny has agreed to offer these two individuals almost 4 million shares of common stock and warrants at an exercise price of 10 cents. They have two years in which to eat this carrot. I wish more companies did this. This last reason is the only reason I would consider this stock. I guess I would want to find out more about these two officers qualifications. If you have any answers to my questions, I would like to hear about them. Thanks, JT
