129 ppm in the 16 km thick atmosphere makes a difference. You pull your arguments out of your ass and clearly don't have a clue.

The atmosphere is already opaque at CO2 absorbing wavelengths so adding more amounts to no more absorption. Yet another conveniently ignored factoid.
