Requested info on Atecon from Criss at STDM. Here is reply:
Karl,

Regarding the financial information on
Artecon. That information will be available when we file Form S4 with
the SEC. Since Artecon is a private company, we cannot make that info
available prior to the S4. That filing should occur in late January,
sooner if at all possible. Regarding the stock, our intention is to
register it under the S4 so it would not be subject to 144
restrictions. Certain insiders may be subject to restrictions,
however.
