HUGE NEWS!!! Digital Sound slipped 5/32 to 7/8 on Nasdaq. After the market closed, Microsoft said it acquired a 32.4% investment stake in Digital Sound. In a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Microsoft said it now has 6.67 million shares of the Carpinteria, Calif., company for investment purposes.
