Of course global warming is true. The globe has been warming for a long time. What's not true is massive negative consequences having already happened, or very large net negative consequences as something that is established as happening.

What particularly hasn't been established as being true is the combination of all the below points.

1 - The earth has warmed, is warming, and will continue to warm.
2 - This is overwhelmingly because of human emission of CO2 (and to a lesser extent other greenhouse gases)
3 - Warming like this has never happened in human history and almost never in the planets history.
4 - If things are not massively changed the result will be globally catastrophic.
5 - If human activity that produces greenhouse gasses is massively cut very soon. Then the crisis can be averted.
6 - Human greenhouse gas emissions can be rapidly cut, and over longer period nearly eliminated, in a cost effective way that doesn't amount to a global economic catastrophe.

Even more so what isn't established, in fact is an idea without any significant support, is that global warming is an existential threat to humanity.
