My buy order is now in. It certainly would have been filled earlier this morning.

As I see it, a company with limited debt and a marketed asset for a billion dollar indication (in Europe alone) is worth much more than a $33M market cap. FDA approval (without the need for more clinical trials) for Vitaros would be "huge" for a company with Apricus' statistics.

Without FDA approval, then maybe Apricus goes on the auction block. But FDA approval at this point is a reasonable bet for shares selling at just above four bits. For me, that is a "back up the pick up" bet.
