Took a position in CETX today. Great numbers and growing company. Huge upside with 2017 P/E of 2. High ROE numbers and makes equipment to prevent greenhouse gas emissions. India and China will be big customers. Target of $7.00 for 2017. Recent shelf offering and uplisting.
