Why do you think so? I have seen people predict such things, but have never understood it. Why should such ceilings exist? And why do you think they are present here? Lastly, on what basis do you perceive that there are the specific number threshholds? I'm asking you these questions because I don't understand where such predictions are derived from - thanks.
