I would certainly think that if this LA Jolla manager conspired with Vertucci to manipulate the stock price that we would have major recourse. Does anybody know how big La Jolla is? Hopefully, we can keep the thread alive and everybody keep their eyes and ears open. If the investigators can piece enough eveidence together to charge them, we might be able to proceed with a class-action against La Jolla. I still believe in my heart, that we were not being deceived about the potential and the product of the company like so many other of these penny stocks under review. I base that on all the independent research that we all did. ie. calling the golf pros at the country clubs and the articles about the kiosks in different publications. Hopefully some day the people who did us in will be forced to make reparations.
