Wait a minute, you just posted a list of stocks that fell off a cliff, and then you suggest that we are buying these stocks at high prices. That doesn't make sense.

I didn't say that. I was saying that all those stocks were bought at high prices. Finally, people are taking a look at the P/E ratios and still find the valuations high, even after the stocks have cratered!

I'm also confused by the statement "I don't know know whether you like paying a hefty price for a cheery consenus, but I certainly do." Alrighty then, I'm guessing you are the one that paid 80 for ASND. The search is over.

What? Me? Paying 80 for ASND? Forgeddaboutit! Tell you what -- even if somebody gave me ASND for 8 bucks, I would be reluctant to take it.

And lastly I can come up with a long list of techs that went way up between 1984 and 1990.

Sure you can. But not like, for instance, up 3800% in 1 year, I suppose?

Dip, I don't think you know the context of your own remarks, how could I ever hope to figure them out.

Sure I do. The context is about going ga-ga over tech stocks to the extent that one's portfolio is made entirely of them.

Dipy.
