I really appreciate when you call into question my thoughts..I need all the constructive criticism I can get...but I think these Democrats have done more for the rich than most Republican presidents! A few years ago I read an article(I think) in the New York Times Magazine section about clinton not pardoning a mentally impaired man from the death penalty because it wasn't politically expedient..needless to say, after I read that article I wondered how high the price for power has to be. I have never heard or read anything negative about Rubin. I think he has probably masterminded this whole "bond thing" which has led to this "equity thing" by telling the market what they like to hear so I am praying he really does have the wisdom to let this house of cards collapse gracefully. I am assuming the administration knows the true inflation numbers that don't affect corporate America but that do affect every household in America. I am assuming they know that the average credit card holder owes 6500 and that many families are living from paycheck to paycheck. I assume they know that the disparity between the wealthy and the middle has ballooned in this administration. I know I always hope for the best and expect the worse..so (I liked the way some of the juniors having been acting lately..not the speculative plays but some with real potential to become mines) Message 3055290 -great article that A.W. provided from Kitco Message 3055480 great commentary by BBB
