BCT - Newly appointed CEO sells 700k at .2 on 22nd, filed on 25th, see canadianinsider. That would be the same day as the two PPs, presumably after it was announced (as in he would be legally prevented from trading before hand, knowing the PPs were due?). But, given that the 2nd PP was announced late in the day (after 3pm?) and looking at the intraday chart, although the bid and ask were .215 - .22 and .22 - .225 respectively around that time, the volume all seems to have been much earlier in the day. But IB's TWS shows 1.5m which is the Venture vol as shown on SW, with another 1m on the ATSs, which I don't know the T&S of. But SC does show 2.5m and still doesn't show much late day trading [a little post-post edit there!]. Here's hoping he has swapped old shares for new ones in the 2nd PP and gets warrants, and the company gets the cash. Could be worse I suppose.
