Hi Debt,

I have sold some Sept 7 puts for 95 cents and some January 17 8 puts from 85 cents to 1.20.

I'm sort of hoping that they still report low fab utilization as they work off the inventory from spansion buy.

It may not happen but a dip down to the mid 6's or 7's would be the final shake out just before a earnings recovery.

TJ is talking by year end and I'm thinking he wants to conclude the sell down sooner.

44 cent dividend and double digits would be sweet.

Good to have someone hear to discuss the company with.
