>>>Before you were shorting and saying you'd see us bulls at 35. Now at 61 you want to buy it<<<

I'll admit that CIEN showed a heckuva lot of strength in only falling from 59 to 43 after the lockup ended. The way that the venture capitalists were filing 144s it's a wonder the Edgar computer didn't overload. What was it, more than 500 144s over the summer? I didn't say I'd pay 61 for it, I said I'd revisit to look at it long. I look at lots of situations I never follow through with.

>>>But I also told you to sell FIBR another 5 points ago so that adds up to 13.<<<

I'm still holding my FIBR. Bought a little more the other day at 2 5/32. It's safe to say I think they're going places. They're not priced like CIEN, yet.

I said >>>and I made ~15% ROE shorting CIEN. <G> <<<

Read it again. Shorting is specified. The long was overnight and got me ~8%.

>>>Seemed like a lot of hard work to get 15%. You could have done just as well buying and holding.<<<

I'm no Fool. <G> Gotta think about risk adjusted return.
