Hi Tango What is your definition of "cut back"? Is it the same as a share consolidation? Also,if you check the transcript of the November conference call you see we were promised "positive action by year end" on the Kazak. situation. I'm waiting(2 more days)!!! It is poor policy for a CEO to make promises and then not deliver!
