I have a question:

Isn't the TAD itself an asset, like commercial paper? The TAD represents a receivable, to be received from a credit worthy company. ACRT is selling the process of conducting the TAD transaction, which has value to its customers. ACRT may be a financial service company, but it is not a bank.

John C., do you have any comments?
