Dropping 5 mg had been out there for some time, mentioned in a conference call months ago. REALLY ticked me off. Attitude had been that the halt was due to protocol violations, no biggie. But then Chalmers just incidentally mentioned jettison of 5 mg. Listening, I was one big "huh?????" It was almost passed off as an offering to a Higher Power (FDA), and little more. Haven't been surprised by subsequent selling pressure.... management wasn't exactly forthcoming. I considered selling spike. Woke up late and missed top of it. By the time coffee had hit and decline was cemented, I was in "it's old news" camp and held. "Could have, should have" buys me nada. Sellers who listened to said call were ready to double down on spike. We've got a bucket of "little or no pending news" issues that are not tracking etf's..... throw in a little bad news and just a tad of smoke/mirrors, and you've got a seller's darling.
