Brianz - You were right! You can convert IMXS into GIFS! As I stated yesterday, I would get back to you with the answer from Waaco. Here it is:
Barry, we should have noticed this earlier. However, they were only half right in their answer(the answer posted by someone on this thread that you had to have owned the IMXS by Aug. 28). We talked to Mohammed, CEO of GIFS, and he said the deal has been extended to October 1.
I then called Mohammed and talked to him myself and he confirmed this. People have till Oct. 1 to buy IMXS and still get in on the deal according to him. Hot Stocks at Streetlevel just put out word on this today and said at the current price of GIFS, IMXS is only halfway to its true value!
If GIFS hits $4, IMXS is worth $.64, if GIFS hits $5, its worth $.80, and at $6, its worth $.96!! IMXS is on its way up right now. Trying to get an order filled, hasn't caught yet.
