Someone is giving it support. I see this a lot in advance of PP to keep the price in a particular place so the PP remains reasonable. I don't think the company is doing it- probably a MM that is involved in the deal. I might be wrong, a more positive interpretation is that there are buyers, but I don't think that is more likely.
