off topic: to make a long story short, I keep a compuserve account so when I travel I have local access. A Naples co. offers cheap isp w/a $15 setup and you can put the account on hold anytime. Sounds great. 3 trips to the office and their explorer based setup copied over 1/2 my system files and they wanted to charge me a consulting fee to fix it. If not for the uncertainty of web cable and the big guys, I'd be tempted to move down and start my own isp. Thats the short version. Its a vacation. I've presigned everything to roll a sep-ira into a roth in 1/1/98 and lgnd can then go to the moon. And I'll be on a boat in the middle of nowhere (with my cellphone). And I'm certain Henry is monitoring this in some manner. Not doing so would drive him nuts <g>. Dan Ogens
