HI Folks: I have posted a few similar thoughts recently with some extras such as short transactions added to the info available as well. Your points on Insider info are well taken as the current reporting is far too untimely. This is my post to this issue on CRN a few weeks ago Message 2979499 and Hutch's follow up Message 2979583 I know I have added shorts to my idea and I do realize that many will go undeclared and only some have to be declared but all information on every transaction should be public information. The entire premise of the securities markets is that we all have equal access to information. In reality, the individual investor is so far from this on these spec plays that it can be frustrating
