I'm sure it will come as no shock to you that I personally wouldn't expect it would be good for Intel.

If the foundries are having the same problems Intel is having, how can that be good for AMD? It's all relative. If yields are bad on the foundries 14nm then AMD will be paying a hefty price for Zen as well as their GPUs. Intel can ride out the storm longer than AMD can. AMD has a date with the bankruptcy court that only Zen can hold off. Intel could just cut their prices to speed things along. I don't know what's going to happen. It's all speculation at this point.
