Security National Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: SNFCA) - started small position in IRA at $4.86/share pays 5% stock div each December
Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. (NYSE: AP) - peeled off 50% of position @ $18.76/share for 14% gain plus div (a 1 year hold so far)

Started position in undervalued small cap SNFCA. Company has a BV of $8.00/share and a 5 PE. They pay a 5% stock dividend every year in December. The play is this could be a 10% grower for several years as the company builds predictable revenue streams in (1) company managed and owned 281 unit multi-family apartment building, (2) service mortgages (new business) as well as originate mortgage loans, and (3) sells cemetery/mortuary insurance products that utilizes company owned property.

AP hit my initial price target of $19.00/share (which is BV). The GN valuation model says this could go to $30.00/share so I will hold the remaining shares even though dividend was cut by 50% to yield 2%.

Trying to fill my remaining SOHO position but it continues to rally on recent dividend increase announcement.
