What surprises me is how many former conservatives have signed onto Trump.

I'm not surprised at all. Rush brought it up the other day in conjunction with "how come Cruz is not way ahead when we have been waiting for a conservative candidate for so long". Even Andrea Tantaros supposedly tweeted about it and got a vacation from Fox.

Trump took the "outsider" label away from Cruz and ran with it. What do we (conservatives) have after the last 16 years of promises? NOTHING!! First Bush that drove the war and spending sky high then let the economy crash. Then we got Obama because Romney was a pansy and a loser. But we put in a republican Senate and House THAT DID NOTHING but shit on us. Got rid of one Speaker for another that may not be any better. How much is enough already!!

Everybody was waiting for the new conservative messiah and it was to be Cruz. Trump skunked him, just like Cruz skunked Trump with the delegates, all done legally and intelligently.

Trump is promising the moon, but he is promising changes that people want. Can he deliver? I don't know, but I do know that the establishment can't AND WON'T deliver to us. There is not enough time for the 3rd party this election but one is needed.

That's why I was 100% for Cruz until I saw that he can't win and might not beat Hillary. Trump might be able to do that and give the 3rd party some breathing and growing time of 4-8years.
