I spoke with MVPH several times and my broker and they stated none of the shares were sold. None of my business and I could care less really. Maybe some got away with it and someone had to cover their butt for that mistake, mine were clearly non-tradeable. That simple math gets me everytime, no wonder I'm broke!!!
