(I'm glad you are not overdoing it.) Ok, Rush should know how these things work. The Rules Committee will meet ahead of the Convention (by that time Trump will have won) to come up with rules to govern the Convention and for the next 4 years until the convention of 2020 starts the whole process over again. These rules will be voted on by all the delegates on the floor after discussion and tweaking and amendments/changes. Granted, Cruz will will try get his slate of delegates elected to the convention at their respective state conventions. Practically all have taken place. I doubt there will be any bizarre changes because that would be the ruination of the party.
