John I don't see how the dilution of shares could have been diluted in the 3rd quarter whhen they took part in the 4th quarter but it won't be the first or the last time that I was wrong. You had also mentioned in aprevious post that you were anxious to look at the printed 3rd quarter numbers. Did you get a chance to see those yet? Cary
