TLT - the TIA is delayed, and no clue as to how well TLC-2000 sales are going.
Also, wasn't it the TLD-3200 to be used for the TLD-1433, seems to been "renamed", maybe this helps explain TIA delay:

Sales of the TLC-1000, the company’s existing product line, have not been sufficient in and of themselves to enable the company to fund all its continuing development and commercialization efforts and, accordingly, management is pursuing alternate financing sources to fund the Company’s development and commercialization efforts that are similar to the financing secured through the public offering that took place on March 3, 2015 (note 11 ). Nevertheless, there is no assurance that these initiatives will be successful.
