Having people talking about improving cancer testing and care in general rather than just breast cancer can only be helpful. Medicare reimbursement might be a model for other more important reimbursement decisions by the private sector.

Also it might put some pressure on the FDA to be careful not to put undue obstacles in the way of new technology....while still being careful to protect the consumer from technology that isn't safe.

I think it really establishes a priority for progress.
