If Clinton is the Democratic presidential nominee and wins Florida and the 19 states (plus Washington, D.C.) that have voted for the Democratic nominee in each of the last six elections, she will be the 45th president. That’s according to the Washington Post, which takes a look at the map. Winning all those states would give Clinton 271 electoral votes, one more than required to win the general election. The Republican map — whether with Donald Trump, Ted Cruz or someone else — is less friendly. There are 13 states that have gone for the GOP presidential nominee in each of the last six elections, the Post writes. But they total only 102 electoral votes.
