To make the parallel complete, you're saying what Michael said was okay because it is his opinion that Ellen is a "lady of the night"? Or are you saying it was okay because Ellen said that more than a month ago?

Of course not, even you can understand there is a difference between insulting someone by calling them rude, obnoxuious, etc., and calling a woman a "lady of the night". Or don't you know the difference?
