I am not so worried about MSFT's entrance. After all, they are not
there yet. What worries me is the search engine market in genral.
It seems that coporate America do not want to spend money in order
to put their textual data into a managable database. No company with
a search engine business is makeing money.

Another threat comes from Internet search engine companies, such as
Infoseek's ultraseek server, Alta Vista's intranet search engine etc,
they work better for web documents.
