That reminds me of a joke on Mary Poppins. Bert is trying to cheer Mary Poppins' Uncle up. He tells a joke and they both laught. Then Bert says "there's nothing like a good joke." Uncle Al says "and that was nothing like a good joke."

Anyway, back on topic. Typically how long does it take to do squeeky clean financials, how much does it cost, how much does it cost to go through an SEC investigation, and where's RMIL coming up with the money?
