He didn't make the rounds enough to pin it down and so his extra vote was wasted. On the other hand, if Jason had voted the way Tai told him to vote, it would have been a tie and he might still be there. Maybe. We'll never know. Why the heck would he vote for Joe when he had a glimmer of hope by listening to Tai? He had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
