Possess even one bald or golden eagle feather, unless you're an Indian, and you face a federal penalty for violating the law with a fine of up to $100,000 (double for organizations), imprisonment for one year, or both for a first offense. A second violation of the act elevates the crime to felony status.

But own a windmill and chop some of them up, no fine, no jail, no problemo. Hypocritical filthy "greens" in this filthy corrupt administration.
