Having watched more than my share of real estate people make fortunes on foreclosures, I don't find that to be the comment of a con man necessarily. I would say someone who is selling a product. No idea if it is good or bad, but there is great truth to the claim that a person can be made wealthy working with foreclosed properties (in which sellers are, of course, highly motivated).
