Winston: I read the press release also by MSFT, and at first thought it was great. However, a few things I started to think about. What cought my eye first was that they(MSFT) may sell off some shares periodically. I don't know when they could start selling, of if they have already. It all seems like peanuts for them to sell just for the cash. Then I re-read the release dated 12/19, the date this current article said they made the purchase. Refering to the 12/19 article, it is stated that no others bought more than 11.5% except for Oak investments. Doing math from that release, I go 58.2 million divided by 6.67 million gives me 8.725%, which is under the 11.5%stated on 11/19. I'm not sure what this all means. But the simple fact that MSFT is there at all says a lot for us. MSFT has the clout, like it or not, to make anything fly. And DGSD's unified messaging is state of the art, and top notch. This, combined with the earlier releases about big contracts spells profit in '98. Only question then: how do they spend their $$. A.W.
