That Rubin didn't want to give more money initially and his then quickly coming through suggests the bankers are acting out of desperation.. a rifle (not a gun) to their heads..The brass butterfly is flying on its own wings.. Clinton gave raise to federal employees..glad there is no inflation. Let us watch a policy now that will add money to our economy from government policies. Soon we should be hearing about more and more layoffs from European and Asian companies. Probably seed money from SE Asia to found fledging tech companies here should stop.
