The Clinton camp has been spinning the law involved in her email scandal situation most likely to put pressure on the FBI not to make a referral and to give cover to AG Lynch not to indict....However the law is clear....the extent to which a person such as Mrs. Clinton intended to remove classified documents is irrelevant. All that matters as far as establishing legal culpability is whether Mrs. Clinton, by virtue of her official position, came into possession of classified information and then affirmatively removed the information to an unauthorized location (i.e., the lying hag's private server). Whether she knew or suspected the information was classified is irrelevant. By that standard, if honestly observed, she is toast......
