As an investor the more I read about this kind of stuff the angrier I get. I think its Ive.

Why didn't they do that in the first place? Usabilty testing is cheap and easy. Its astounding they could become so clueless on one of the things that made Apple stand out among the other blunderers.

When was the last time a usability or human interface designer was mentioned in connection with Apple?
