Before getting into ADMG, I would suggest a review of a SEC filing in October involving the registration of 2.8 million shares to be sold by current stockholders. It is unclear to me if this is going to add to the float, or otherwise mitigate the share buyback the company had already executed. I have tried to call the company about this to no avail, as they may be on vacation this week (?). I liked what I saw when I did the DD, but this filing has given me pause. Cary, you had made some notes on WGNR. I think that if you look further, you will see that in the annual report they have an order backlog that exceeds the revenues for the last year, and they have announced a profit for the first quarter of the current year, so while I wouldn't blame anyone who might want to take a wait and see approach for another quarter, this company has already made the turn around into profitability and has the orders already booked to continue profits through the current year. There was supposed to be a press release with the current quarter announcement, but it hasn't gone to the wires yet, but the basics are out there. David
