zACH iS THE CASH STILL 98MIL OR ARE THEY BURNING CASH this is what the comany only reveals at qtr end. I really don't disagree with your evaluation--- shva needs more institutional comfort to back their stock. Wisc. board owns almost 900,000 shares--when might they scoop up more? Zucco is the key-- he is a Telco man looking to clean this puppy up and move it and the stock higher.
