Steal of a deal at these levels, near 5.4% dividend. If you think of the new company as SanDisk with some baggage, you'll know what to do. While I still have SanDisk shares remaining, I did some more 2 for 1 exchange yesterday. The free short ends on May 12th, and short interest will come down substantially after this deal closes.
